Schlechte Immunit\u00e4t, Ern\u00e4hrung und stressiges Lebensstil sind die Haupt-Schuldigen f\u00fcr die Erh\u00f6hung der Zahnfleischerkrankung.<\/p>\n<p>Die h\u00e4ufigste unter ihnen ist die Parodontose. Die Parodontose ist eine bakteriell bedingte Entz\u00fcndung, die sich in einer weitgehend irreversiblen Zerst\u00f6rung des Zahnhalteapparates zeigt. Bei der Parodontose geht der Zahnbettschwund prim\u00e4r vom Knochen aus und Bindegewebe und Zahnfleisch folgen. Es treten keine vertieften Zahnfleischtaschen auf und das Zahnfleisch zeigt keine erh\u00f6hte Blutungsneigung. Typisch ist, dass nahezu gleichzeitig das gesamte Gebiss betroffen ist und es erst relativ sp\u00e4t zur Zahnlockerung kommt.<\/p>\n<p>In der letzten Phase der Parodontose fallen die Z\u00e4hne einfach aus. Leider gibt es keine Heilung, und die genaue Ursache ist auch nicht bekannt.<\/p>\n<p>Man glaubt, dass schlechte Mundhygiene, Genetik, Stress und schlechte Ern\u00e4hrung zur Parodontose f\u00fchren. Es gibt Hinweise, dass chronische Infektionen im Mundraum eine Ursache f\u00fcr verstopfte Arterien und Blutgerinsel sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Stomatologie ist in der Lage eine systematische Behandlung des Patienten zu machen und auf diese Weise versuchen die Krankheit zu verhindern. Die Therapie (einmal im 6. Monaten) besteht darin, den Entz\u00fcndungszustand des Zahnfleischs und des Zahnhalteapparats, Plaque und Zahnstein, sowie entz\u00fcndungsf\u00f6rdernde Faktoren zu beseitigen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Text&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;light&#8221; text_orientation=&#8221;left&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221; border_color=&#8221;#ffffff&#8221; border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Manuelle-Therapie Methode wird mit Hilfe von K\u00fcrette (kleine Beine) gemacht, und mit denen kratzt man, weil der Patient unter An\u00e4sthesie steht. Dies ist ein langwieriges Verfahren, das ein Viertel der Kiefer verlangt (in der Regel erfordert man mindestens 4 Besuche). Diese Therapie ist sehr unangenehm f\u00fcr die Patienten, die Probleme mit reichlichen Blutungen und Gerinngungen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die neue Parodontosebehandlung ist Vector, ein spezielles Ger\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Reinigung des kranken Zahnfleisches, das v\u00f6llig schmerz-frei ist, und ohne lokale An\u00e4sthesie.<\/p>\n<p>Anstatt sich bei der Abtragung der Konkremente auf die herk\u00f6mmliche manuelle Bearbeitung (dem Zerkratzen) zu st\u00fctzen, verwendet das Vector-System schonende Ultraschallschwingungen, welche die Ablagerungen \u00e4hnlich wie in einem Ultraschallbad \u201czerbr\u00f6seln\u201d anstatt sie wie fr\u00fcher mit hohem Kraftaufwand abzusprengen.<\/p>\n<p>Vector-Instrument schwingt dabei ausschlie\u00dflich parallel zur Zahnoberfl\u00e4che und wird w\u00e4hrenddessen permanent von einer zugef\u00fchrten Fl\u00fcssigkeit umsp\u00fclt. Durch die mit der Ultraschallbewegung verbundene Energie\u00fcbertragung werden Bakterien effektiv zerst\u00f6rt und gemeinsam mit den gel\u00f6sten Zellfragmenten und Endotoxinen aus der Zahnfleischtasche gesp\u00fclt.
